1. Services

KRIFIAN provides web design, development, SEO, and support services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate project proposal and/or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon between KRIFIAN and the client.

2. Payments

• Projects are invoiced at 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery unless otherwise agreed
• Monthly retainers are invoiced on the 1st of each month
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom deliverables including designs, code, and content created specifically for their project.

KRIFIAN retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, etc.) are subject to their own licenses and are not transferred to the client — the client is responsible for maintaining appropriate licenses.

4. Revisions & Scope

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the SOW. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

KRIFIAN will notify the client in writing before proceeding with any work that falls outside the original scope.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project, including but not limited to business strategies, pricing, technical architectures, and client data. This obligation survives the end of the project.

6. Liability Limitation

KRIFIAN's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Termination

• The client may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. All work completed to date is billable.
• KRIFIAN may terminate for cause (e.g., non-payment, abusive conduct) with immediate effect.
• Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the country in which KRIFIAN is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action.
